Modern Research is confirming the many mental and physical health benefits of Tai Chi and Qigong.  They are among the most ancient wellness tools which have been advocated by Chinese physicians for more than 3000 years.  The National Council on Aging (NCOA), Mayo and other Health organizations are increasingly more interested in Tai Chi as a wellness power tool.   Tai Chi Village offers an easy, effective and fun way to help yourself and others.

With Instructor Training you can fulfill a dream of  sharing Tai Chi  with others in a safe knowledgeable way.  Dedicated students can accomplish enough for “Beginner Classes” certification in one year.  You can be prepared to teach a beginner class in Tai Chi.  How fast you progress is up to you and how much you are willing to practice, learn, study, read and watch videos.

We will provide you with basic training then help you learn how to share that with others.  As a leader of a group you will continue to study and learn.
